Under the guidance of the Board of Directors, BW Energy upholds the stringent ethical principles set out in its Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, and Compliance Policies.
These documents ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards while shaping the corporate culture, operations, and stakeholder engagement. The BW Energy Code of Ethics and Business Conduct reflects the company’s commitment to shareholders, employees and third parties to conduct business according to the highest standards of integrity.
BW Energy encourages employees, business partners, and other stakeholders to report concerns to a member of the Compliance team. This can be done through our compliance mail: compliance@bwenergy.no. Any complaint submitted to the Compliance team will be handled with strict confidentiality.
If preferred, concerns can also be reported through BW Energy independently hosted Speak Up Channel, which allows for anonymous submissions.
The BW Energy Speak Up Channel is operated by an independent third-party provider and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in multiple languages.
